Kura is a fun dining experience! The sashimi and nigiri were fantastic. If you’re looking for specialty sushi rolls, this may not be your first choice. The conveyor belt service, drink robot, and prize game that rewards you for returning your plates make it entertaining for all ages. Great food, great atmosphere, and definitely worth trying at least once.
I have had this place before and loved it. That being said I drove an hour to have this place as a special birthday dinner for my boyfriend. When we arrived there was a sign on the door that said that they were “temporarily closed”. This was not posted online or their Facebook page. This is very disappointing. If you place on going to this place make sure you call before hand to know if they are open or not.
Fun place to go once or twice. Very independent experience, staff visits the table once or twice at max. Very easy to blow the sushi budget, be mindful.
