Wow. I am stunned. This is the best and most fresh sushi I've had in the Sac area. My daughter had several of the king crab leg nigiris and commented that they tasted like the ocean. She's never said that about any other sushi nor any other time she had crab! The seared salmon was perfectly seared. The temperature of the sushi was remarkably perfect.
