Super affordable, cute and always clean! This chain is straight from Japan so I don't know what all the complaints about it being "cheap sushi" lifetime plate count of 800 and going! Great for all ages! 8/22/25 update: unfortunately have to peg down to 3 because the new seating system is horrendous. Empty tables on a Friday night with people who want to sit and reservations that aren't here is just bad.
Kura Revolving Sushi Bar Sherman Oaks is a fun spot. A conveyor belt meanders through the restaurant with an endless train of plates of sushi. It’s a fun experience. The sushi selection and quality are OK, but less than at a traditional sushi restaurant.
Food was great. Didn’t wait long. Staff were awesome.
