Really cool place. Definetly worth checking out. Everything i tried there was at least an 8 or 9 put of 10
We eat here a lot. Dining in is usually a good experience. Delivery and take out is usually unpleasant. Food will take 20-30 min past pick up time. Today knowing that, we ordered early, came 90 min after we ordered, the restaurant was empty and they said they hadn’t started on our order yet. They said it’d be ready in 10 min but took over 35 min. Out of 7-8 delivery orders 3-4 have been wrong or missing items. Spicy salmon sent instead of spicy tuna for example/.
*Don’t read if you don’t want to get grossed out* Very unfortunate experience as someone who once enjoyed Kura. My stomach turned after my first bite of tuna nigiri made with tuna way past its prime. Right after, my favorite salmon toro had huge chunks of cartilage inside. I’ve never spit out a piece of sushi, but this was an exception.
