Glad I ignored the first review! – My husband and I decided to give Kupros a try for Brunch last Sunday. The Decor is an A+ staying true the era of the building. We decided to eat at the bar, which is large and inviting. Strong AVOID – Kupros Bistro is located on 21st street in Sacramento. A recently renovated house turned trendy bistro. With a menu comprised of local ingredients and the promise of trendy flair my expectations were high for this new restaurant. Upon entering, the restaurant, it was freezing cold, so cold in fact that my feet felt like they were in an icebox after being seated for a few moments.
