Justin Stevens replaced my son's, gas hot water tank recently. He came at the designated time and did a great job in removing the leaking tank. The install on the new tank was done professionally and looks great. After the install, he flushed all the lines and made sure that no leaks were present. Also did a great job in cleaning up. Very knowledgeable plumber.

Called on Saturday around 11:00 AM because the Google profile says they are open 24 hours. I needed help and tried to schedule service, but they would not even set an appointment. I was told they do not answer during business hours, which made no sense, especially since their profile says 24 hours. When I mentioned that, I was told the profile was wrong. Very frustrating and misleading information.

I called from Ohio about my parents home on Crawford Avenue having a problem with their heat in several areas of the house. Mind you, this was 2 days before Christmas during a cold, snowy day. They went there a couple hours later that day and quickly found the problem and replaced the defective part, agreeing to bill me for the job. I saved them in my contacts so they can be my go-to HVAC company for any future problems at my parents house, definitely a 5 ⭐ service rating for me.
