Very disappointing experience. The physician’s bedside manner was poor, and we felt dismissed and rushed during the visit. Communication was lacking, while spent most of the time happily bragging about himself and ridiculing his colleagues, my concerns were not addressed respectfully. additional training in patient communication good behavior and professionalism is urgently required and long overdue.Patient deserve better than that thing.
What is with the drs now a days at this level not having an assitsntant nurse to take notes instead the are spending 20 minutes of the consultation looking and dictating on the Thor computer and 1 minutes listening to the patient and examining with a vague examination all he did was speak into the computer his diagnosis all in medical language with no real answer to my problem but I have another patient when I called him questions. This doctor is the rudest, most arrogant doctor that I ever met. He has a God complex. I heard him mocking that I joined a support group for my condition. He was opening speaking about me in a public area which I felt violated my HIPAA rights. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone.
Dr. Kupersmith is extremely knowledgeable, answers all questions and explains all pertinent information thoroughly. Excellent Dr and staff. Excellent follow up. I highly recommend Dr. Kupersmith.
