Dr Kupersmith explained my condition thoroughly. He spent a lot of time with me explaining my condition. He is an excellent Doctor I highly recommend Dr Kupersmith.
No empathy for a scared 19 year old woman. I'd have wished for a zero option but he did get the diagnosis right
Very disappointing experience. The physician’s bedside manner was poor, and we felt dismissed and rushed during the visit. Communication was lacking, while spent most of the time happily bragging about himself and ridiculing his colleagues, my concerns were not addressed respectfully. additional training in patient communication good behavior and professionalism is urgently required and long overdue.Patient deserve better than that thing.
