RecommendedTook sample down..Paid extra for expadited analysis...came back contaminated. Best part was from well that tested fine. Was told would have to pay again to retest. Very poor service and not good business practice going somewhere else. Update....after talking to different employee she was able to answer questions, offer solutions and explain results and simple steps. She was very knowledgeable and explained previous person was still learning. They have been excellent to deal with since. Offering a better understanding and ans... read more
