My husband called this office for help after discharge from Sarasota Memorial Hospital. He was followed up with after discharge , but they called him. When he called, He was told that the nurse would call back and that the Dr was out until Monday. No phone call. The On Call Dr. is no help. It doesn’t matter how good the Dr is , if communication is a problem.
My don went to Kuo and the 1st thing we told the nurse used he can not take any antibiotics pit will give him C diff and the nurse said on no it won’t he he will ok. We wanted to walk out. Putting needles on his penis. The pain was horrifying. They took him back and nothing was fixed he had no idea what he was doing. No wonder he moved from Sarasota!! He was a goofy playing around!!Dont recommend. He told me my son was fine and that was a lie
The Doctor is very nice and concerning person, it is his staff at the clinic that is extremely poor! When you try to call you have to spend hours trying to get an appointment, and or any information! God forbid if you need any help you if you need to discuss any with this doctor and try to leave a message for return call, you will never get it! I am also file a complaint with the State of Florida !
