I had a really great experience with Dr. kuo . The environment was clean, modern, and very comfortable — you can tell they really care about hygiene and patient privacy. Dr. Kuo was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel genuinely cared n whole process here felt calm and well-organized. Highly recommend!

He provided thoughtful, thorough care, along with clear explanations and helpful suggestions. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Kuo Chiro, especially with the front desk. First of all, I was never able to get through on the phone despite multiple attempts—communication was virtually impossible. More importantly, I was scheduled for an X-ray and was explicitly told by the front desk that my appointment was for “tomorrow.” They even wrote that date on my appointment paperwork.
