Simply EXCELLENT communication - it was very easy to schedule appointments and make adjustments because of that. He's also highly professional, seems very disciplined in his life, generally, and when he made a small error to my advantage on the quote, he honored it. We also felt very comfortable with Tanner, who works for Derek. He will have no shortage of work for a lifetime, and he's definitely a worker and problem-solver, so my guess is he finds a way to complete it all.
I had 3 companies give me estimates on a new air conditioner for my house in Hudson. Derek’s estimate beat the other companies by a country mile and he followed it up with prompt, professional service on the installation of my new unit. Couldn’t be happier with the overall experience dealing with Ommen HVAC solutions.

Derek is very knowledgeable and got things fixed quickly. He made sure I was aware of all my options that come with cost of a new furnace. From start to finish it was a great experience with fair prices - I highly recommend Ommen HVAC.
