Martin was a huge disappointment. Even though my brother suspected his ex wife had an undisclosed bank account he pushed for an agreement that let her keep any undisclosed accounts. My brother's ex is a realtor. She turned in income showing she made 1.5% of the sales price when she had always made three. He said it seems fishy but took no action. Martin Kuny might be the worst attorney in the Jackson County area. The Paul Walter review is spot on about his demeanor towards his clients. I personally experienced it. When I was trying to express to him, a concern I had, he actually said why are we talking about this? I brought it to his attention twice that my ex had not turned in her financial information in discovery. He ignored it. He took me to mediation without her, turning in her financial information to negotiate maintenance payments!!!!! Then he emailed me after... read more
Dude definitely talks down to people and doesn’t listen! Money hungry advised me to book a $200 consultation. Maybe should practice in a different area of law
