Very unprofessional, with no consistency. They don’t handle complaints in a timely manner, and when questioning any decisions they simply give you the run around and then say it’s too late to address the issue. All decisions are left up to the children’s band members and most have never met the children yet hold so much power over their lives. A child who was being “helped” by this organization was ignored and berated for asking for help with abusive homes. They then also completely dropped this young teenage girl from the system with no means for support despite her having a chronic illness and needing support. Afterwards when she asked to be compensated for belongings lost to abusive foster families they told her that “they don’t do handouts”. Saw a tiktok of an individual explaining their situation with these people. They have a chronic illness and had experienced abuse in their home, and this place denied to help them with food and money, ignored their abuse, and then closed their case.
