Thankyou to the whole team that fitted us in straight away,brakes done,managed also to do additional work,pricing was also good,definitely recommend.
We took our car in for an inspection. At first, the staff was friendly, but just 3 minutes after leaving, we noticed the gear shift handle was broken—clearly from excessive force used during the check. We returned immediately, but they completely denied responsibility and refused to help. Their attitude changed instantly, and they showed no accountability for the damage they caused. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
Our experience with Dustin was amazing. We broke down at the Pentecost River and our vehicle arrived in Kununurra on a truck. Most mechanics could not look at it for 2-3 weeks. Dustin said to come straight in and he'd run a scan to see what the problem was. He fitted us in a few days later and did our repair after hours. Amazing service and saved our holiday.
