Kind, honest, integrity. That's all you need to know. Noone wants to end up at the mechanic, but when you need to, Kuntz is there. They have always been open, honest, and fair with me and won't try to sell you on something you don't need.

Not Happy at all. Huge misunderstanding I paid $900 for 6 spark plugs and an Oil change. They gave me the wrong bill… at the end of it all my check engine light turned on the next day. My tire was flat from a leaky valve that wasn’t an issue before. Whoever runs this places shouldn’t be allowed to run a hot dog stand. Im not one to complain but I hate getting pushed over. There is a lack of communication!

I was in need of a new battery, a sensor, and a second opinion on a potential engine leak. For my 2009 Buick. I was able to book an appointment, easily by phone. I was greeted warmly at reception, and promptly told I did in fact need a new battery. I was also asked if I wanted the sensor ordered. The work was quoted before I ok’d it. The prices were fair and the time quoted for the labour rate was accurate. Excellent value for money. I was also told the leak wasn’t anything to worry about at the moment.
