The inflated charges began at the 'free' consult that was $100. We agreed on a pay as we go method. I made multiple payments before my case was dropped. He billed me full price for everything, all drafted paperwork, mailing letters, answering phone, etc. At the time my case was dismissed I owed $45. I understood that I would receive a final bill.
