This is supoosed to be my primary care provider. Everytime I've called, i haven't been able to set a simple appointment either because their system was down and i need to "call back later" or they are out to lunch and the answering machine where you are supposed to be able to leave a message doesnt come on, you're redirected to someone who answers at Atlantic Communications who is condescending, rude, and no help. I recieved a report from Dr kung-ming's office. It was addressed to my mom. it stated she was seen in June of this year for a exam, with the time and her info. Only thing is...My mom passed away in April of this year...So when I call to get this matter addressed. I get told.. Oh I'm sorry, I understand. I wasnt hear that day but I will let the dr know. Really?
