Today this review has gone down a few stars. The chicken sandwich is SO SAD NOW! They don't put the piece of chicken like before now it's TWO strips of chicken tenders instead. It makes your sandwich a disaster to eat. You know how some chicken tenders have areas of too much crunchy batter? Well, that's kinda nice when it's tenders but in a sandwich??? I ordered the 10-piece spicy wings from Kung Fu Tea, and it was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The chicken looked and tasted dirty — some pieces were even black inside, which was extremely concerning. The burger was also terrible and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. Right after eating, I had stomach issues and diarrhea. If you care about food safety, I highly recommend avoiding this location. This was not just disappointing — it felt unsafe.

Came here once, and do not plan on going back. The customer service was not good either. The woman who made our tea had an earbud in the entire time, and did not seem to enjoy working there. Bathroom was dirty, and no soap in either restrooms. And to end it, I received a Taro tea that didn’t taste anything like milk tea in the absolute slightest. I've been here three times, the first time the food was absolutely amazing and I was excited to come back. Unfortunately my next two experiences have brought me to the realization I will never come back here. Both times I stood at the counter in their storefront for more than 10 minutes before anybody even knew I was there.
