I went to Kung EYE institute for the first time as a patient- usually I just went with my husband for his appointments. Making an appointment was so easy and they were accommodating. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and professional. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes to be called in to begin my appointment. Dr. Shin was so nice and explained everything to me. They were also very sympathetic when hearing my husband had passed and I even received a sympathy card from them!
