Dr. Katie is patient and caring, listens to your problem then sets out to fix it. She is great, give her a try. As a customer still going, I still recommend you give this place a try. The wait was relatively short, as usual. During my wait, Jen and another staff member (whose name I do not know) both greeted me and exchanged some pleasant conversation. Also as usual, Dr. Katie was bubbly and talked about upcoming vacation plans with her family as she went about inserting needles. How she can insert needles without any discomfort at all remains a mystery to me.
