They were very nice and knowledgeable. We had our Rpod winterized. Appears to have done a nice job.
The service was great once we got a callback- it’s the super busy time of midsummer- so I get it. The repair was done quickly, & they worked with our insurance company without hiccup. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 here is regarding the mess they made of my unit’s interior both times we’ve had it there. Last time it was mud all over the floor; this time they gooped grease on my mattress cover and there were metal shavings and a greasy footprint on my foam topper. My power tongue jack stopped working on my RV. I have the extended warranty but I still had to take the trailer to the dealer for them to verify make a claim get approval then order the parts. In my case the motor seized up and had to be removed from the unit to manually crank the jack up and down. After verifying that the motor had seized the manager decided to replace the whole unit which they had on hand that very day without waiting for approval of the paperwork.
