Ryan at Kunes was great - we had a blown out tire on our rv trailer causing damage to it. He walked us thru their process and worked with our insurance agent and the repairs were complete on time and fixed a couple of smaller problems. Great customer service - it was a very pleasant experience due to his experience and ability,
My Wife and I purchased a camper trailer this last weekend from Kunes Lake Mills. Overall we had a great experience. Brett was our sales representative and he was fantastic. Easy to talk to and prepared to answer questions with solid answers. I didn’t feel like I was being over sold or pressured during our experience which is one reason we chose to work with Brett to finalize the sale. They were very nice and knowledgeable. We had our Rpod winterized. Appears to have done a nice job.
The service was great once we got a callback- it’s the super busy time of midsummer- so I get it. The repair was done quickly, & they worked with our insurance company without hiccup. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 here is regarding the mess they made of my unit’s interior both times we’ve had it there. Last time it was mud all over the floor; this time they gooped grease on my mattress cover and there were metal shavings and a greasy footprint on my foam topper.
