1 person working 2 departments, not her fault. Waiting forever for what should be a 3 minute transaction. Friendly staff, but always understaffed, except sales...go figure
They should really figure out how to truly serve customers and not rip them off in the sales process. If I’ve ever hated a company and wanted to be a Karen, it’s because of this company and their shady money grabbing sales tactics. If you have an issue they’ll ignore it and you’ll need to do what we are going to do and go to big media and make on the State to uphold the law against their shady tactics. Never buy used and if you buy new read the reviews because even with new people have had issues.
If you need Parts for ur camper don’t even bother calling them, parts desk never answers the phone.
I was stranded with mechanical issues on my rig and tow vehicle 2000 miles from home. Danny from the service department was excellent, the technicians that worked on my rig were superb. I had issues with my tow vehicle and Danny was able to help me out to get it serviced properly.
