I have been waiting for 3 days to get a simple quote on a water heater. Bought the trailer from them, but could not look up the model. Had to send tech out to where it is as it cannot be brought in. Still waiting on quote days later A.J. Trevean keeps coming up with excuses on why he has not completed quote. Don't waste your time here! Buy somewhere else and have your service done elswhere
I popped in last minute on a Friday afternoon to ask for some advice on a sway control hitch. I could tell Brian in parts was busy but he still helped me out very quickly and politely. He helped me find the right hitch setup for my trailer and even helped me load it. I will definitely return here in the future.
Not my experience, but a dear friends. They were shopping for a new camper. Salesman pushed hard on one that was not quite what they wanted and didn't listen to my friend and their wants or needs. We took a trip to Neenah and the experience was night and day difference! Friend found a camper that suited them perfectly and for a lesser price. My friend contacted WR to see about servicing the camper there and purchasing a couple minor items. The staff was RUDE and unhelpful. Neither of us will EVER patronize this location agai... read more
