After several months of calling multiple companies to help us with a problem with our tankless water heater we received a call from AJ. Within a week we had an appointment with Brad our technician. Every person that we dealt with from our technician all the way to the billing department were so kind and helpful. I give them an A+.

We purchased our destination trailer new from Kunes and that process went smoothly. We did, however, have a number of problems with our new Salem Grand Villa 44 View. And although Kunes has been easy to work with and helpful, the process has been slow and we have had a few setbacks. Overall, good experience.
We bought our first trailer from Kunes in Lake Mills and it was an incredible experience so we had high expecations for this service visit and we were not disappointed. AJ was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. All of the pricing was upfront and 100% accurate. When we needed mobile service, it was quick and painless. We will continue to choose Kunes for our trailers!
