I called ahead to ask about a part for my trailer. They had it in stock and had it sitting at the parts desk waiting for me. It was an easy and seamless process. Very well worth the trip to Wisconsin Rapids.

I have been waiting for 3 days to get a simple quote on a water heater. Bought the trailer from them, but could not look up the model. Had to send tech out to where it is as it cannot be brought in. Still waiting on quote days later A.J. Trevean keeps coming up with excuses on why he has not completed quote. Don't waste your time here! Buy somewhere else and have your service done elswhere
