What was done seems to work. I requested work done on the floor and black water valve, both not done. Estimated I received and what was charged were completely different. Complained but it did do much. I called management and he did not return my last call. I won’t do business with this business again.
Customer service is terrible!!! They tried to pull a fast one on the financing and we caught them.They NEVER return phone calls... inexperienced sales folk and staff. They just butter you up , make a sale, and write you off as trash! The stabilizer jack system failed on our BRAND NEW camper the first time out.,I contacted them, they never called back, I had to repair the jacks out of my own pocket! Do not consider Kunes Rapids for your RV needs. We will deal elsewhere !! Very unhappy with the entire experience!
