The technician was able to find and diagnose my vehicles issue accurately the first time without any return trip. My dashboard was a christmas tree of lights. My husband purchased a 2017 ford explorer on July 5th. Needless to say we should’ve kept our vehicle we traded in. Detail department broke the back windshield off while my Husband was signing paper and they tried to hide it and then lie about it. 2 days after bring the car home the brakes were grinding (easy fix that should’ve been done before we took it off the lot). 1.5 weeks afterwards the back hatch light indicates that it’s not closed but it is.
