As luck would have it, I did not know my Tahoe had serious transmission issues until after I drove five hours north to vacation in Lake Geneva. Of course, it was the weekend, but Kunes service manager, Jon, was happy to have his transmission specialist, Andrew, take a look and let me know how bad it was. It was bad, but I was grateful I made it there safely and that they could keep it and install a new, fully-warranted transmission as the option I chose, given the condition and my satisfaction with my Tahoe otherwise.
