As always, they were prompt with my service, explained what the service entailed, didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need (this is huge) and let me know what maintenance items were in the future. The service staff are always friendly. We’ll be back!
The oil change and tire rotation was completed as promised. They washed the CRV when finished. The service desk was very accommodating when I had to change my Monday appointment to the earlier Friday. I have known Alex (and John) at the service counter for many years and they always arrange for a ride home after I drop off the car for service. They were very accommodating! I had a nail in my tire and I just went in without an appointment and they got it fixed and I was on my way to work in less than 45 minutes! John was extremely helpful and so polite! I will definitely be going back for all my service needs!
