Great customer service. Was an easy purchase no pressure no games.
John was my service associate. He scheduled my appointment when I wanted it and also let me know what services were recommended. When I received an email stating there were important fixes that needed to be made I approved them online; but John called to make sure I understood why they were important to have taken care of right away. I love Kunes service department. I am so happy with how they treat me and my car.
Terrible experience. Had the “Christmas tree” all warning lights on the dash along with sluggish acceleration on 2017 CR-V. Wanted the service department to diagnose that problem and the radio going dim also looked at. The radio was just an update so that was fine. The warning lights along with sluggish acceleration was not diagnosed correctly. I personally changed the head gasket so they assumed I didn’t correctly put timing chain back on.
