They had our RV for 8 months. Never responded to phone calls or emails, never updated. Then they told us pretty much nothing was covered under warranty. We'll the amount of things that broke was astronomical, so I contacted East to West after I was told the warranty wouldn't cover anything. Came to find out Kunes lied to us and NEVER even submitted the claims for everything! And one thing that they did submit and was approved, they didnt even bother to fix. In my experience, Freedom was hands down, the best first time buyer experience for me. We looked at campers right away, they didn't sit me down to ask what my credit score was and if I was going to put money down. We looked at campers, all kinds! They will bring them in from any location for you to look at as well! Informative staff, friendly, they work together, they'd rather get you into something you'll love and use; instead of just making a sale. We had a failure on our camper that suddenly cancelled our family trip, Kunes Freedom Service was able to prioritize the fix and get us back on our vacation! Highly recommended!
