I had the most terrible, undesirable and awful experience dealing with these people in service dept for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had scheduled an appt. online, service manager acted like he never received online request for service and asked for all info again. I was under the assumption a tire rotation was part of the cost of a $77 Mobil1 oil change, they charged me $111 instead without advising of this fact that tire rotation is NOT included, but is with the far cheaper AC Delco Dexos package! I was sent an unclear flyer that indicated that I had won a substantial prize and when I called I was told to collect my prize I needed to arrive in person so I scheduled a meeting and drove to the dealership when I got there I was informed I had misread the contest offer in a demeaning manner but that I had won an as yet un determined prize then i was told they needed some information before I could use the kiosk to determine my prize I was then given a car sales pitch which I expected and was fin with but the dealer engage... read more
