Very caring and knowledgeable staff and fair pricing!! Trusting and caring staff! Josh and Jeff are extremely professional and guide you to what you need and no more than that and this is why I LOVE Kunes Service department!! My car is a 2016 and they treated it as if it was a 2024!! My loyalty will ALWAYS be to Kunes!!
Shauna was top notch informing me of our Jeep status every step of the way. Shauna was quick at checking for parts and pricing and checking our warranty and submitting a claim. I appreciate everything she did, kudos Shauna great job 👏
I had a wonderful experience with the service department! My jeep had a recall took it in to be fix & then had an issue that I talked to them about. They got approval right away from warranty ordered parts. Everyone was friendly and on top things. I would definitely recommend them.
