Started strong, ended poorly. The sales team did a good job looking through inventory and even bringing a vehicle over from another dealer, which was helpful since my car had died completely. But on purchase day the price changed (“our internet prices aren’t always accurate”). Then I was told I needed a warranty because the No Fear Guarantee that led me to Kunes might not be sufficient. Very efficient once the car is diagnosed. Service was ok could have used more follow up with out having to call to get it. Will say be diligent when they provide total as this was second time there was a computer issue that cause it to be higher than it should. They quickly corrected once I disputed the final number.

The young man that helped us, worked with us patiently for most of the day. We ended up replacing both of our personal vehicles the same day. We're got personal assistance, the individuals we dealt with listened & responded to our needs. For now, I recommend at least checking them out. And for the time being we will be servicing our vehicles through them. We both hope that it continues to be a positive experience.
