Had an issue with warranty service that 3 trips to other dealers couldn't rectify. Always received the " can't duplicate the condition" excuse even though I had photos and videos of the issue recurring. My frustration level was at 11.Was advised by Ram customer service to try Kunes in Belvidere. They approached the problem like it was their personal vehicle.
