Last night I had an appointment that I went to in macomb il upon arrival I was not greeted anything took 5 mins for someone to even speak to me and ask what I needed , so I was suppose to me Donald but was pushed on to someone else and I don’t even recall his name, however after getting all my info he presented me with a 2010 suv had no air conditioning and was so filthy I wouldn’t even put a dog in it I test drove it. they say they help people with bad credit but when you go in if you have bad credit even with 2 vehicles to trade in you get shown the door within 15 min absolutely a joke and waste of time they don't help people with bad credit it's just a scam
They’re nice to start, but once they find you aren’t able to get a big fancy car they ghost you. My mom got lied to multiple times when buying her first car and we went in to see about getting a different one and was lied to once again and we were waiting on their bank to call back and they have yet to reach out to us. It’s been 2 weeks now and I’ve emailed our sales rep twice now with no response. Don’t go go kunes
We had the pleasure of working with Donnie from Kunes in Macomb. Yes, we drove two hours to buy a car and it was worth it! Donnie was easy to work with and listened to what we wanted. With the help of Dustin in the Finance Dept. we were able to drive away with a brand new car. The whole process of car buying was a fun experience thanks to Donnie & staff.
