Last night I had an appointment that I went to in macomb il upon arrival I was not greeted anything took 5 mins for someone to even speak to me and ask what I needed , so I was suppose to me Donald but was pushed on to someone else and I don’t even recall his name, however after getting all my info he presented me with a 2010 suv had no air conditioning and was so filthy I wouldn’t even put a dog in it I test drove it. they say they help people with bad credit but when you go in if you have bad credit even with 2 vehicles to trade in you get shown the door within 15 min absolutely a joke and waste of time they don't help people with bad credit it's just a scam
They’re nice to start, but once they find you aren’t able to get a big fancy car they ghost you. My mom got lied to multiple times when buying her first car and we went in to see about getting a different one and was lied to once again and we were waiting on their bank to call back and they have yet to reach out to us. It’s been 2 weeks now and I’ve emailed our sales rep twice now with no response. Don’t go go kunes
