Brought my F-150 in to Kunes East Moline body shop for replacement sunroof glass after impact shatter. Good communication from staff via updates, especially due to backordered items. Picked up vehicle and saw vehicle was cleaned up inside and outside and repairs look great and function properly. I can recommend Kunes East Moline for body shop as well as service based on my personal experience.
They are frendly and professional peple and care about what they are doing .
While I appreciate they hot my back door working for me, they did not put down any type of covering on my back seat and someone had dried mud on their shoes/boots and got dried mud all over my back seat and some even got ground in to the material. They didn’t even attempt to vacuum/clean it up. Just left it. And when they put the door back together they forgot to put one of the pieces back on it, I found it in the trunk where they left the door panel pieces they took off and placed them while waiting for the part needed to c... read more
