Very welcoming at reception. Was called promptly by Evelyn who was extremely nice to see Dr Thomas. Dr Thomas was extremely knowledgeable of my injury and put me at ease. He explained the injury and the best way to treat it. I am so pleased.
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Muther, and I left extremely disappointed with the quality of care and lack of professionalism. First, Dr. Muther filled out my paperwork incorrectly for both my ADA and personal leave requests, even though I clearly explained my situation. Each time paperwork is filled out at this office, there is a $25 fee, and when mistakes are made, the patient is forced to pay again for corrections.
