I'll never forget how mean she was towards me. She told me that talk therapy doesn't work, that I just wanted people to lick my wounds for me and told me that I am crying over spilt milk and to lighten up. I have developmental trauma that she didn't know about. I've had trouble trusting any therapist since I saw her years ago. I'm afraid of getting "slapped" in the face again.

I highly recommend Beverly. Her gentle techniques to release trauma and reset my nervous system have been highly effective; I feel noticeable progress after every session. She is flexible, safe, kind, and easy to talk to and work with. She is truly a godsend!
