Would not recommend this Dr . He does not care for his patients and does not listen . Don’t waste your time..Had he listened, my mom would not have to suffer they way she did.

Dr. Jay was our Dr. for a couple of years and when we moved back into the area recently we have started going back to him. Sabrina, his nurse and Dr. Jay are very responsive and we feel like we are being taken care of very nicely. We like his calm and understanding nature. I would recommend him to anyone.

He refused to do MRI on my back. I am 79 and hurt my thoracic when I young and was in car accident in 1997 which injured the lower back and neck. When thoracic was hurting- he told me it was muscles and would NOT have an MR I done on it. It has taken almost a year to get help with pain management which is also slow because of COVID. Now with MRI done … my entire back has protrusion and severe at T 5,6,7.. go figure. I trusted him for 12 years.. now have different doctor and hope things change.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Jay for 13 years and have found him (and his staff) to be quite helpful. He listens well and is not quick to medicate. He takes the time to understand any problems we present and then provides clear guidance on our options. I've appreciated our partnership in keeping me healthy.
