Did not provide the requested support. Hired a former IRS agent that basically conducted another IRS investigation after IRS independent office of Appeal successful review. Wasted time on state when federal was the primary focus. This office is simply about billing and not the client concerns. Be vigilant if you work with this company. Sounds good but ….
