absolute worst experience. I recently visited this salon and asked the stylist for a cut that was long on top and short on the sides. Unfortunately, there seems to have been a major miscommunication. The top was cut far too short while the sides were left long. Since my job requires me to meet with clients regularly, this unexpected look has made things quite difficult for my professional life. the payment system has a mandatory minimum 15% tip with no option to adjust it.
Kuna is the best. She started cutting my hair when she still worked at Supercuts, and I have been following her since. I live in Chicago now, but If I am ever in the area I make sure to make an appointment.
