Dr. Dalal is really nice and listens well. But then when the GI study is done and you still have no answers, he seems to think his job is done and all you have is a massive bill. How do you have a 4/5 rating when you don't care about your patients?

Dr. Dalal took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns, explain everything in detail, and answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. My first visit with Dr. Dalal was outstanding. From the start, it was clear he is one of those people who practices medicine for all the right reasons. We talked at length about my concerns, and he proactively addressed all of them without rushing. We sat at an actual desk to talk, and he reviewed my medical records as well. This made it easier to sort my thoughts and connect with him on a human level, which is so rare these days. Dr. Dalal is a true gem.
Dr Dalal is very patient, attentive to your needs, thorough doctor. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable of his specialty. We recommend his every time we have opportunity to!!
Dr. Dalal was extremely tentative, and engaging during my visit with him. He genuinely listened to me, asked relative questions, explained my options, and answered all my questions. He has a calm and caring demeanor, that made me comfortable and confident that I chose the right physician.
