Since 1959, we at Kunafin have been producing and supplying beneficial insects for Biological Integrated Insect Control (BIIC) programs. Kunafin has been a pioneer in the field of BIIC. Shipment took 11 days to arrive. All hatched and emails to kunafin go unanswered. I previously used diatomaceous earth and did not have many flies. This year i decided to try the wasps. I have never had such a huge number of flys! Product may work but definitely not when it arrives with hatched and dead parasites. No reply at all from customer service so i will never use this companies product again!
