Dr Kunadi is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever seen. He takes the time to know you as a person instead of just your symptoms or your ailments.
I've been going to Dr. Kunadi for years and he is great. He is knowledgeable and always knows how to solve any issues I'm having. However, the front desk lady is a horrible person. She mocks older people on the phone and everyone in the waiting room can hear it. I've listened to her put people on hold to laugh and make fun of them and then go back to the conversation and be extremely rude. Waited for a very long time. Overheard unprofessional conversations of receptionists. Sliding window at receptionist is extremely loud and jarring. Decor of the place is in tatters in some spots. No general pride in presentation of the practice. Nurse that takes blood pressure never seems to get it right, so the doctor re-does it. PCP was polite and friendly. Very unprofessional front desk keep hanging up on me
Yes, sometimes the wait time is long. Yes, sometimes the front desk gets overwhelmed. But, the care has been really good. The doctor takes the time to monitor my blood levels as we figured out the right medication for me, and every concern is addressed thoughtfully and methodologically figured out. I feel like the doctor actually cares, sees me as a person, and not just 'another patient' to hurry off.
He's very nice makes sure all your questions are answered he shows he really cares for his patience and their health
The front desk women are horrible. They are extremely slow at their work. They waited until I had already been sitting in the office for a half an hour to let me know there was an issue with my insurance. When I informed them that they had confirmed everything on the phone prior to my visit they treated me as if I were lying to them. Dr. Kunadi didn't even introduce himself when he walked into the office, he just started asking me questions I had already answered on the forms. Dr. Kunadi is a wonderful doctor, simply put. His overall medical knowledge and his commitment to his profession are amazing. He genuinely cares for his patients and interacts with them in a very calm and caring manner. He has personally followed up with me by calling my cellphone himself to make sure I was doing okay in the days following a difficult procedure. This has happened multiple times...even on a Holiday. I have been seeing him as a doctor for about 5 years now and would highly recommend him to anybody.
Dr Kunadi provided excellent care for my mother who recently underwent major surgery when a mass was discovered. He wasted no time in making sure she had a referral to an excellent surgeon and she is not back to her healthy and happy self! Thank you Dr Kunadi!
