We weren’t notified of a policy change nor asked to sign a new and changed policy about refunds that they apparently sent. Very disappointed that no actual steps were made to ensure that we understood the policy. I was also told I would receive a call about my unit being cleaned but never received that either. Guess they can’t be bothered to communicate properly at all. Bad customer service indeed. Nice up front but that's it.
Wonderful clean facility and the manager is very professional and courteous.
Had the best experience renting a uhaul from them. We had to rush in and exchange the one we rented for a different size. Costumer service was AMAZING and she was soooo helpful!!!!
