Excellent instructors, structure, and customer service
We really appreciate Nick and his team at the centre. They are kind and supportive. My son’s reading speed is getting faster and we are so happy to see that progress. We highly recommend this centre to anyone who needs tutoring.
Our son started reading at the beginning of Grade 3. Kumon has very well designed reading materials. Mr. Yeung and the instructors are super friendly and supportive. Initially, our son didn’t like the daily homework. Then, he started to like Kumon because of the teenage instructors who shared the same interests as him. I truly appreciate Nick and his staff for being so great and supportive and paying attention to details and accommodating for the needs of my son. He’s been coming to the Center for over a year now and he started being so anxious about anything to come out of the Center with a cheerful and positive behaviour and course there were some rough times along the way but Nick and his team are so gracious and understanding to even open to any suggestion what works for my son and having that good communication in place.
