This is the worst tutor I have ever experienced. She only cares about the money, the place is too crowded. She doesn’t have enough tutors to help with the kids even though she charges a lot for one subject. She charged my account before we even attended one session, the day of session, i brought my kids in, she took 50mins to give us the material, so many parents came after us, waiting but also helped them before acknowledging or helping us. System is not good . She is the only one lady who is running around. They take one hour to give grades for one test. The corrector are very slow. One of them gave my kid wrong grades in reading test. Very dissatisfied and disappointed ☹️
I have been taking my kids to this place for the last 2-3 months and so far the experience has been great. Mrs. Song is wonderful and professional. My kids love her; she works so hard to attend to each child’s needs. Keep up the great work and thank you for all you do!
New to this center (2 months), though kids had been in Kumon for about 7 years prior to moving to MN. Started driving here (>2 hour round trip) after we wasted money and time for 6 months at our local (SE MN) Kumon center. By far this is the best Kumon center we had our kids in. Would give it six stars if I could :) Excellent communication, organized, flexible with our kids who have irregular schedules due to competitive sports. Most importantly- they care about the kids!! Kumon has helped improve reading comprehension and core math knowledge. It’s a great supplement to schoolwork and helps kids practice working through and sticking with completing schoolwork
