The assistants are very friendly and work very well with kids. The center is clean and extremely organized!
I have 2 children that have spent a few years in Kumon. My youngest is starting now. I am beyond amazed at the progress they have made academically and are currently working almost 2 years above grade level. Mrs. Yan and her team are amazing!!!! Very hands on and so patient. While many children fell behind academically during the COVID pandemic my children continued to thrive with the help of Kumon.
I bring my grandchildren to Kumon and it is one of the best decisions their parents made. The math course doesn’t teach memorization but how to truly understand math concepts. They are excelling in school! Yan is so personable and kind. I wish Kumon was around when I was in school.
Ms. Yan Su is absolutely phenomenal in her ability to track progress of each child at the center. My three children are now attending this Kumon Center in downtown Silver Spring. As expected the kids have different interests and abilities. She always addresses our queries with speed, effectiveness and sensitivity. The teachers at the center are well trained, patient, and very supportive of child's development. We are highly satisfied and would strongly recommend this center to anyone interested in Kumon lessons.
