You helped improve my child’s reading skills, and I appreciate that. However, the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of proper communication. Responses were unhelpful, repetitive, and not informative, and even after I clearly expressed my concerns, nothing changed. I have see remarkable improvements in my son since starting Kumon. A special thanks to Ms. Tosca and all the other teachers thats work with my son. However Ms. Raffat is an exceptional, teacher she goes above and beyond to ensure my son reaches his full potential. I was amazed at the quality of his writing with her. We’ve had an amazing experience with Kumon! Since enrolling, my son has grown so much academically and in his confidence. He has exceeded expectations and is now much more comfortable answering questions in class and participating without hesitation, which has been such a joy to see. The growth, development and confidence that I have seen in my daughters has been amazing. They are grasping concepts and often above grade level in some areas. This Kumon facility is top tier. The educators and owner show high level of professionalism. Their dedication to ensuring the students learn is priority. My son joined when he was (5), he did struggle with reading and just a year in he is reading on his own. I am grateful and thankful for their help on good days and patience when he wasn’t in the mood. Through it all he has shown great progress, he is hitting targets at school and soon he will be scoring above his grade level.
