I had an appointment scheduled today to enroll my daughter in tutoring services. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the office, no one was there. There was no communication beforehand to let me know of any changes or cancellations. I was disappointed, as I took time out of my day for the appointment. I’m hoping this was an oversight and that communication improves moving forward.
This is the most unorganized and poorly communicated system of tutoring I have ever seen. I have both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Auburn University so I am no dummy when it comes to learning. You are essentially paying to use a computer system. I would like to firstly thank Ms Kim and her staff for all the hard work and dedication they have shown toward my daughter. Ms Kim is very caring and compassionate towards her students.
