I had my first appointment a couple of months ago with DrPatel I found the office to be very professional and Dr Patel was understanding and great
This doctor and her staff are highly unprofessional! I wouldn't trust them to treat a frog. They change appointments at the last minute via voicemail, then immediately close the office for lunch so you can't get anyone on the phone. Their email has been down for months. They don't know when it will be back up. It's like dealing with a Third World Country.
