I have Dr Kumiko Aman at Kaiser as my primary care Dr. I will be changing. This woman is checked out, doesn't care and just going thru the motions. Patients deserve a Dr who is an advocate, who cares, asks meaningful questions and is proactive. Kumiko is not this person. You don't need a PhD in medicine to know these traits are at the core of meaningful healthcare. Remember, the Dr is broke unless you are sick. Let that sink in.
