TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I started going to this place since they 1st opened in november 2018. I purchased a full body lifetime package, hence the reason I'm still there but not after this last event. Kumi Laser sold me a package of laser hair removal that was supposed to be 5 or 8 áreas for a supposed set price. They said this was a special they were having, I bought it as a gift for someone, then that person called to make an appointment and they told them that they needed to pay the other half, which they never told me that there was more to pay I thought I was paying for the whole package. Hello. The customer above purchased a deal for $555 for 6 treatment sessions on multiple areas. She agreed to put half down and the other half on the first session. She agreed at the time of purchase which was in person and signed a binding financial agreement agreeing to these terms.
